Usage and Biology
The 3' end side has a sequence complementary to hsa-miR-375-5p, and the 5' end side is the template strand for primer0 ^[1].
The larger this ratio, the more clearly the target concentration can be distinguished. For Biomarker 2, when the condition was 10-5, that is, when the hybridize length between template and target was 10 bp, and the hybridize length between template and helper was 5 bp, the ratio was the largest.
